Let me introduce myself

The Foot Nurse

I am a fully qualified degree level registered Adult nurse (DipHE, RN, BSc, NMP, Queens Nurse) I qualified in 2001, I am NMC registered, DBS checked and I am fully insured. I have over 20 years' experience caring for patients with complex health needs with the associated problems and risks they can develop with their foot health. I was frustrated with the lack of affordable foot/nail care for patients that are housebound or have limited mobility and dexterity, this led me to develop a special interest in the importance of foot/nail care in general, so I undertook training enabling me to provide essential foot/nail care services to clients in their own homes (Including Nursing and Care Homes) such as toenail cutting, reducing thickened nails, as well as foot health assessment and education, at an affordable price.

I am committed to delivering compassionate, outstanding care, using a personal approach. My goal is to improve and maintain your overall foot health and to empower you with an understanding of your condition and treatment plan.

Services:

Initial Appointment £30: The first 1 hour home visit includes a full medical history review and assessment/diagnosis of your feet and nail problems, we will then discuss your options and complete the treatment which includes, toenail cutting and filing plus dry foot/heel filing.
Basic/Maintenance Appointment £30: 30 Minute home visit includes assessment, treatment, toenail cutting and filing, dry foot/heel filing.
Complete Foot and Nail Appointment £40: 45-60 Minute home visit, includes assessment, treatment, foot soak, toenail cutting and filing, foot/heel filing, foot care advice, feet creamed and massaged (stockings fitted, if required)
Additional Services £5: finger nail cut and file, with any foot treatment.
